If u can’t see chat then u r a minor and u have to have yoir parents change your Xbox live settings so u can see chat

But the thing is, my account isn't for minors and I cant see chat, and for my little sister, she has a minors account and she can see the chats

No i recently updated it for my age to be 19, probably someone in the staff muted me for some reason?

If your username is the same as your forum's name then you're not muted :)
Make sure you have receive chat on, in the chat settings

What helped me getting unshadowmuted was this video that DubbyPlays sent me!

type in all the characters on your keyboard with a friend that isn’t shadow muted. They are able to see when you’ve been unshadowmuted, so they can stop you from flooding the chat.
