I am not using a vpn but it says i do.

I would say try to restart your pc and if you did that you can try to restart your wifi router and check if it is fixed after you did that. If it isn't fixed after that, come back!
Well than I don'te really know how to fix your problem, I would say let Minecraft be for a couple hours?minutes and come back and try again!
