In general, how long is a person a helper before they are a mod? And how long will some1 be a mod before they are a sr mod?

" The average time spent as a Helper in 2018 is 41.5 days, however in 2020 it is 51 days. "

Mod to Sr Mod really varies and it is something earned and must be maintained.

Hi,

Helpers are being trained before they become Moderators. The promotion depends on the progress of the Helper.

As for Sr. Mod, a Moderator achieves such promotion after having great interactions with the community, handles their Moderation responsibilities very well, is very experienced with the things a Moderator is required to do and/or takes on more responsibilities.
