why when i msg anyone i got player not found ?

Because you misspelled it (or its another bug but idk that)

I checked the msg its fine

msg command: /msg (player) (message) - make sure you typed that :D

im sure and the name is right i cant msg anyone ican only reply with /fr

If you want to msg someone you can only do that when he/she is in the same lobby/game

If you want to talk to friends that are in a different lobby you can use /fmsg (friend) (message) (but make sure they are in your friend list because this command only works with your added friends)
