This is the second time that the Sentinel gives me BAN unfairly.
I swear to you not some kind of programs or tricks
I hate hackers, I've already talked to Crazymanjr before without any kind of response, please someone to help me.

You can always contact him on discord. I believe you that you dont use any hacks. It is very annoying that you dont get an answer, But be patient.

If you contacted him quite recently then please be patient and wait for a response as he is very busy.
There is nothing else to do than to wait for now, and if you dont get a response before a week or two I would suggest contacting him via discord. If you need help to do so, feel free to contact me on the forums and I will help you! ;)
