Full Diamond on Survival Mode!

Hey! So I was wondering how rare it is to get full diamond + the diamond sword on survival games in cubecraft. My friend and I just had one of our best games and this is how we ended. (P.S This was NOT overpowered mode, just regular mode. and we are also on bedrock) If anyone knows how rare this is, can you plz reply ty! We were just curious.
