Specifically Java, honestly I still do not 100% under stand the statement "this". I would really appreciate if someone could do the most simplest explanation ever xD Thanks if you do!

Example: This is a microwave.

Your grammatical use isn't even right because "This" isn't used to describe its used to refer to an object
"This is a microwave" isn't really describing the microwave, it's just stating the object it's referring to is a microwave..

What I think for myself. The term this is used to contact the constructor your using. This is from my own personal experience, I may be wrong.
