Blockwars and Arcade are the only ones I can even imagine flying to be practical on

You are already able to fly in the main lobbies, but not in the waiting lobbies. I do not think they are going to add this feature, because this would remove the fun of parkour, and the lobbies are just to small to add the flying permission to them.
I do not agree, sorry.

The size doesn't really matter, and I think it would be a nice perk, as you get to make all the players that have to complete the parkour mad ;) I personally would like it.

Sometimes when it coming a new lobby is it fun to fly around and look and find secrets thing exemple under the pvp lobby

True, but my opinion is its fun to fly around in lobbys but i dont wanna have stone rank and can't fly
