There will be no possibility to fly since it would completely against the EULA.
Giving everyone permission to /fly makes no sense, and donators shouldn't have access to it either as that is against the EULA and too overpowered and unfair in my opinion.

kits

If there are kits, it will have nothing to do with your rank as that would be against the EULA. Don't quote me on this, but I heard you will be able to buy kits with points or find them in Cubelets. Again, don't quote me on that.

stuff

Factions without stuff isn't factions! I guess!

Factions is suppose to be a survival server. I highly doubt they would add /fly to it and also as said above, it would be against the EULA.

I hope that factions will be as vanilla as possible, but I already know it won't be, everything's still to see tho.

If you want to fly you can buy a rank. This would be the same as if you use fly in skywars. You can simple go to wherever you want. I don't think this is going to happen.

None of us knows exactly what the Factions will be like. We just have to wait until it comes out. ;) If your asking when will Freebuild/Faction comes out, look at this thread.
