Currently we do not use redstone, and we already have 2 good coders that code plugins very well.
So far everything is going fine. So we do not need any help.

"Give me a Chance" & "Dear Moderators" + his resumé sounds like an application to me
or he wants to speak to the moderators and if the moderators need help with something he can do they take his chance to help
Doesn't sound like a application to me, Just sounds like he's good with redstone and coding.
So.. lock? Can't apply even if this was an application, and as the gedas said above , they don't need help. Also, i am no genius, but i don't think redstone codes the game.. O.o
