Creative Server RP Warnings.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before... But I find it a little strange that I have told people many, many times that Head shops, Skin comps/battles and Role playing are banned. So i'm just throwing in the suggestion of having a sort of Creative "Alert" where every, Say 10 minutes, it says out loud in dark red and bold *WARNING* Skin Comps/Battles, Head shops And Role playing are BANNED. And maybe if this idea is put up than it can also do it in other languages like Spanish and Dutch. This idea just saves people (Mostly Donators and Mods As i've seen) from having to tell people every second that Skin comps...etc... are Banned.

This I agree with. There are a lot of Spanish and Dutch users advertising skin comps/roleplays, thinking it's not against the rules because they cannot understand what the staff and players are warning them for.

The thing is, if a player really want to a head shop, skins comps/battlesmor role playing, that alert will not stop them from doing that. The alert can annoy some people becuase of some possible "spam".
On the other hand, this alert would save a lot of work for staff, and becuase of the alert they would dont need to be always warning the players.
In the end, i think is a good idea, but the message cooldown should be more than 10 minutes.

I like it a lot. It would save a lot of time. I think make it like 5 minutes or something though. Also maybe it could say "Skin comps/battles, headshops and roleplay is banned. If you ignore warnings there is consequences" or something like that.
