All Networks Cool down on bows in chaos

Now ik many people don’t play chaos but i think a lot more people would if you guys added a cool down on bows. it doesn’t have to be a big cool down maybe it could be a 1 second cool down before your and pull the bow back. This would also help limit how spammers and have less people hate chaos.
