Make saying 'Voy a cenar' allowed. Somewhy saying 'I'm going to dinner' in spanish is not allowed. Change it thank you.

i had to say "espere" during 8 months because "espera" was blocked (which means "wait" in spanish)

Most likely, the first, third and seventh letter form a combination that could start a swear word in old russian dialect, which is why it's censored.
Obviously, the chat would be a lot more toxic if it would be possible to type these 3 letters in a short sentence

Don't think it's a bug. The chat filter in the past didn't allow to say 'Wtf' but now it's allowed, was it a bug? Short answer, no.

They probably deemed it inappropriate. I don't think they made a decision to block a Spanish phrase.

The filter does not work on defining every single word that should be blocked. Basically, we don’t know what random words are being blocked by the filter and any incorrectly blocked word could indeed be considered a ‘bug’. So a better place to report incorrectly blocked words would be the bug report site (there could be hundreds of ‘suggestion’ threads to fix words, which is just spammy. Bug reports would be much better plus it isn’t really suggestion as much as it is a bug, as mentioned before).j

I believe ‘wtf’ was considered swearing, which is why it was blocked, but then the rules were changed to let it be allowed in inoffensive ways, which is why it was unblocked. Either way, ‘wtf’ was correctly blocked and then unblocked by design. Other blocked phrases and words that aren’t inappropriate are just a side product of blocking inappropriate words.
