Can't connect

For some reason, every time I try and connect to your server I get "too many packets sent" or "forcibly removed by the remote host". Everything appears to be frozen whenever I try to connect, but I can play normally on other servers. Any help?

Try reconnecting to your internet by turning it off and back on. If that doesn't work, turn off any mods or texture packs you may have on. To reduce any lag you might have, turn down your fov and turn down or off particle affects. That might help, but I don't know.
