Can't connect to this server.

Pinging,,,. then can't connect to the server (no connection). I tried everything. 1. try another version 2. restart minecraft 3. restart pc 4. restart router 5. google dns. Only in this server i got the problem i can play in other european servers. Cubecraft have problems with public ip? thats all i can get from the internet provider. They have public ip. Problems with modems Arris? (RoutedwithNAT).

It could be blocked by your firewall (from your router or pc) try to turn it off and look if you can join.

Also tried firewall from Eset disabled. From Windows disabled. And the router firewall disabled. also using dmz in router.., Nothing.
