Cant connect due to VPN error

Hi. I have a problem. For some reason I get denied entry to the server when connecting from my home wifi. It says that I am using a VPN. I have double checked if its off, I have uninstalled the VPN completelly, and it still wont let me join. http://prntscr.com/lbg43u this is all I get.
