Cannot use appeal site?

I have been banned, maybe because my account previously was hacked, but it's now OK again.

When using https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ it dosen't work, when entering my Minecraft username, nothing happens... the page just "flashes" and returns with nothing

What to do here?
