Blocked Connection for vpn

VPNs are the only cause of this happening, if you aren’t using one you should contact support@cubecraft.net
A staff asked me for my connection details and I already passed it but it has not answered me for 7 hours, is normal?
Not resolved until they say it’s been resolvedResolved?
They’ll respond when they see it’s it was probably late at night for them.
Wow, you are the only staff member who says that, the rest half answer my question and then mark it resolved.
Apologies for the delay on this, we blocked a provider recently and are still investigating whether or not they should remain blocked. We hope to respond to all tickets regarding this blocked connection code by tomorrow.

For those concerned about 4 team maps for BedWars Solo and Duos, I doubt they'll be going anywhere. Remember, those maps are designed for both Bedrock and especially Java. If 8 team maps were to arrive, they'll be Bedrock exclusive and can coexist with the 4 team maps without replacing them.
