Banned but I wasn't hacking!

Dear cubecraft.
I just changed my mc nick and I was wanted to join Cube but then I saw that I was banned.
For code: EDITED OUT
I never hacked on cubecraft or what this code means.
I wouln't ever hack on this server bc I was waned to buy a rank somtimes.
I was banned from the anticheat so maby its a bugg or somthing.
Please help. I just was wanted to PVP with my friend :( (I get max 15 fps with my mouse)
