Auto Clicker (need a helper)

I am banned cuz of auto clicker and it says i have a illigal client modification, is auto clicker illigal. I am now banned for using it i think. And 1 more thing. Do you lose your rank if you do that (banned for 7 days). becuse if you do im dead. Im now asking for an unban or anything. I just want to know. btw What is an illigal clien modification becuse i don't know why i am banned. Im just guessing its the auto clicker. But if it is could someone answer me.


edit: this is my third or second or first ban becuse my acc got hacker for some time. when i got it back it says your account is like something and change your username and password i dit and got unbanned when i was banned for ever.

edit2: i gave my pass to all my friends. but i only know for sure that ILikeWafles_ And TacTiczMCs hacked like 1 week ago but they stopped hacking forverer becuse we had an hacker on my server and now they know how bad hackers are.

Btw: You guys need to fix your anti cheat becuse they like never got banned.

Auto-clickers are bannable, yes. You don't lost your rank when you get banned, don't worry. An illegal client modification is a mod that is not in the allowed mods list.
