Resolved Appeal denied, false ban

Hello everyone, I tried to appeal for my account but I was denied. This account was gifted to me from one of my relatives and I really want to get on server but he told me that I could not due to the fact that the account was banned. I want to buy more vip ranks and play on server with the account. Please can I get the account unbanned I really don't know why would my appeal be denied even tho I wrote the truth and the best of my knowledge on the account. What other information do I need to give!!!??
