It would be nice if they could buy a console that automatically banns people who are during a game hacking for people who cannot record the hackers and upload it to the report file, these months I have had at least 5 hackers out of 8 games in which I play

This already exists, it is called Sentinel and bans a good majority of hackers. Although not perfect, it is a great anticheat.

You can also use the report command to report them, if they get reported enough, the staff will be notified.

As it's been said, we already have an anticheat which is being worked on and improved all the time.
