The same command used on the House server, but used in different areas on CCG?

It would be somewhat convenient to acquire this command on, maybe say skyblock, Although a thread about buying players is somewhat similar.
Creative
For creative, there really is no reason for this, due to the /Tpa command. Simply talking through chat and
asking another user to tp to you would be your /invite command.
Factions
I can see this being sort of useful. Some people don't often play Factions as much as other player. When a player who really doesn't play factions goes onto that server for a short period of time, maybe he/she can be invited to someone faction? I not entirely sure.
Parkour, Kit-PvP, Assassinations, and Games.
I don't exactly see this being useful on these particular servers.
