As for factions suggestions I would really like name tags to be hidden except for faction members/allies

I think what he means is adding p2w ranks in factions and overall suggesting factions to be added.

Noooo that would ruin unclaimed base raiding. It would also prevent you from preparing a fight when raiding.

That sounds quite cool, but I don't think you should get ranks out of it, just some ingame items.
