Implemented Add an Asia Region

An Asia region needs to be added. Majority of your players come from asia but it is a struggle to play because it is very laggy when we're connected to a different region. I hope you might consider adding it for our convenience.

Official statement from CubeCraft with the release of NA servers: “We are definitely looking into the possibility of creating more regions in different parts of the world - we just want to make sure that it works in NA first before starting work on others ”
