A player report suggestion.

Make it so only more harder to be confirmed stuff (eg hacks) require a youtube video and stuff like teaming, swearing, etc needs screenies OR a yt video.

Can you tell me what is the actual point of making a video to show someone is teaming? I'm pretty sure 2 people standing next to eachother for 10 screenshots is enough.

Screenshots really don't tell anything. 10 screens are 10 seconds and maybe they attacked eachother after that. Just like flyhackers, someone could be bugging. Besides, it's easier to fake evidence with screenshots than with video evidence.

Yeah.....but what if one hit the other, then one backed off gonna run, then you spam 20 screens hots of it. Won't be that fair, would it?

Teaming: Warn them that teaming is not allowed (in games applicable) - If they do not comply, report them with video evidence which shows each player's username clearly.

Warning

If you don't report with video evidence, you might warn them twice or three times in only 10 seconds and they would be banned unfairly.

Usernames or nicknames

You know that photos and screenshots can be easily edited, for which (for example) I would be able to put your username in that screenshot and report you with someone else to get you banned.


That's why Moderators need video evidence.

Even though this thread is locked, I wanna add something to it.

Screenshots lack evidence and can easily be manipulated. We require video evidence for most reports in order for us to take action and deal with the player accordingly.

The conclusion is that we will always require video evidences from players in order to take action.
