Implemented Add ImmediatelyFast and WI Zoom to the allowed mods list

Don't see why not, as a bunch of other performance and utility mods are in the list as well. I believe it's also missing Embeddium and Rubidium, as well as Xenon (by Txni).

Is WI Zoom really not allowed?
It is listed here as an allowed mod, but I don't know if there is a new list for the allowed mods..

They've been added by our moderation manager today into the list, so it is safe to say that you can use those!
