reports eggwars

I had made a report today and it got closed even tho the player was continuously calling me a loser and all i kept replying back with was cute and lol so i could be able to report him. Yet i got told it was insufficient evidence of him calling me a loser i don't get it how is that insufficient...

So this is my first post on the forum, but it's been bugging me for so long. I've caught multiple cheaters on the server, and in fairness, I've been seeing far less since the anti-cheat system was installed. But this doesn't mean that I don't see any people cheating. I have several videos...
