Hi there, I'm wondering: is the spawner level same as the mob level it spawns? Say, a level 5 spawner would spawn a level 5 mob? Thanks!

Hi everyone, there has been a problem with a couple people where we can't purchase mob upgrades even if we have enough experience. For example, I could have 10,000 experience and not be able to buy a 1,500 exp upgrade for the giant. Is there a prerequisite to using the upgrades?
