attack cooldown

Hey, i wanted to know why is there hit cooldown in this server?(bedrock) I this server Im unable to do combos. My cps is 17+. I feel that there is a hit cooldown, it doesnt feel like java on this server, Thanks

Hello, So I was playing some Tower Defense with a friend. And a while after Armageddon Mode started I got kicked for Attacking to fast... First off I was waiting for the cool down on my sword to attack and not spamming it. My friend also got kicked before me for the same reason. TL;DR PROBLEM...

There are many players I find blindly swinging their sword in PvP, unaware or disbelieving that there is an attack cool down since 1.9. This makes me really sad, as I see them wonder why they deal so little damage and ragequit, to got to highpixel or mineplex where there is no attack cool down...
