A Builder wont be able to build giantic defences. Let's do some math: 7:00 = 7*60 =420 seconds 420 sec : 20 = 21 extra blocks. Lets be serious if a builder Jumps down again and again, the player could get about lets say 100 Blocks. (21 x 5)

1.) Like I said, this system is currently Working on different Servers. And as you can see I wrote an exact time. 5 Minutes. If your Minecraft crashes you'll have to wait only 3 more minutes and if there is something wrong with your Internet, well you won't even notice that you got punished...
