Interesting Idea, but what does the Armor do?

So I defeated the final boss, got the Frost and void Wand and completed all Quests( I think). Cant get the Item from Kymeriel so I just have to wait for the fix. What can I do now?

So I bought the Wand but it isnt in my ender chest, inventory or Mail box, what now?

How do you get the Frost Wand? Why cant I get into the darklands portal(am level 343)? I just spawn In front of the Portal everytime
