The skywars ablilities are mostly very handy when you are playing the game but for example the speed ability, it has a max 25% chance it activates when you take some damage from players or fall damage, but when you are pvping sometimes the ability toggles on and 2 seconds later it toggles off...

The lucky block cage trap is just bad you only need 2 blocks to get out of it. This can easily be solved though you just need to put an obsidian or another solid block in place of it. Link to a video of the problem:

search w-tap and learn to strafe while w-tapping or just focus on aiming if you have really good aim you can focus on timing while pvp'ing
