He's asking just to remove the chat filter in PARTY CHAT I'm pretty sure. IMO this is not "an idiotic solution" I think it is a good solution because you can control party chat (so no filter needed) but you can't control public chat (so filter is somewhat needed)

Unpopular opinion: Cubecraft should let their java server die now and all updates prior to this should just be on Bedrock edition.
