The one I reported here on the website is still online now, ALL THE TIME. Why isn't he already banned. I met him 8 times today in the SAME GAME. Is Anti-Cheat sleeping? What can we do?

Sentinel is a good anticheat, You have to remember that not every anticheat is perfect :c It still catches thousands of players daily but of course it will miss the odd player hence why forum reports existing. I understand your frustration at moderators not handling your reports quick enough but you have to remember that mods are Only volunteers and probably have busy lives so are unable to check reports

as often as the people would want them to but this i can assure u doesn't happen often :) The reports will get handled as soon as they possibly can! Also what i can suggest is that you do /sr ingame and say it in public chat to encourage other users to report the player as the more /sr reports a user gets the higher likelyhood a staff member will look at it and punish the user. Hope this helps ^_^
