Considering a huge angry snowman threw it against a rock, he can take off his body parts. I don't think he can die. Since he obviously doesn't function like a normal human being
I think he will die along with anything else Elsa creates when she dies. I'm guessing there is a bit of her power dedicated to withholding everything currently active. So Olaf will die with Elsa.
And in the Frozen universe, water has memory so there's a chance he'll forever remember Anna and Elsa and the pain and suffering he went through after losing them.. I mean, if he can remember when he's in water form
[FROZEN II SPOILER] Never mind I just realized that when Elsa dies, Olaf dies as shown in the cave scene with Anna. Right before her song "The Next Right Thing.".. Soo.. if Elsa dies before Anna.. And Elsa is older, so the chances of that are high.. Anna will probably die alone because Kristoff is also older then her..
