Maybe this isn't an answer to your question but I did stay up to play MINECRAFTTTT all night. I went to bed at around 6 AM. I felt fine and my life and sleep schedule remained normal xD

My psychologist said that I had to do this, because my sleeping schedule was messed up. Unfortunately, I got so tired that I fell asleep from 3pm til 10pm, causing my sleeping schedule to be even more messed up :)
