Why is it a scam if they ban "new" players? It's more a scam if they'll ban people who are already playing for years.

So.. because they won't listen to you.. you want to sue them? And it's not a scam. If you cheat, you deserve to get banned.

Why are you still banned than? If you were not hacking, your appeal may get accepted.
