Yeah but it's more like I know his situation. I applid 5 times or so without getting a reponse, while loads of members saying that i'm qualified but still not achieving anyhting. It gets demotivating for some people

Not that I agree with cube here, but a staffmember should be able to persist. I know it gets demotivating, but I know for sure that he will get it one day, he just needs to wait
