Complaining about your punishment publicly or privately through direct messages won't change the case at all. You have been banned, - and your appeal has been denied for a reason. Learn from the situation so that it won't occur again.

Captain can take the ban from me according to the design I used to hack but not only that I was with lag and that made me hit the 3 people

It does not change the case at all. Sit out your 29 days ban and don't make it happen again.
