So.... I wanna spawn a villager.. using the summon command (/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~1 ~ {Profession:5,NoAI:1b,Silent:1} ) but he only summons south, how do I get him to face north?
The easiest way I can think of is teleporting him (/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ 90 0) but stand within 3 blocks of the villager and make sure no other villagers are within 3 blocks
For the command: no wait lemme type them all out:
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ 0
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ 90
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ 180
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ 270
The last number just changes the direction the villager is looking at, with that command you’re teleporting him in place to a different angle, im just not sure what south is, thats why you have to try out all of them xd
For some reason a “~” didnt show up in that command so it wouldn’t work, here’s the right one:
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ 0
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ 90
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ 180
/execute as @e[type=Villager,distance=..3] tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ 270
