San, give me some reasons why it's unfair and I'll make a suggestion thread if you don't want to.

sometimes you run away when you're, let's say at 2 hearts and your opponent has 0.5. But you don't know he has 0.5 so you run to heal. With that mod you can know not to run, and vice versa: when you feel like you're winning, but you're not, so you start running. because you know you're gonna die.

I had a pretty good example today: I was running from island to island with diamond leggings only, and saw a full diamond guy, I wanted to fight him but he would outgear me by a lot, so I shot him with a Frozen shot bow, which killed him, I could have ran away because I didnt know his health, and he would probably have killed me, but no, he was low

I wouldn't call it the most unfair advantage, though it's definitely one that's too unfair for my liking.
