    Regardless if the word was directed to a friend, it is not allowed on our server. I would also suggest you talk to Lance since he is responsible for your mute.

    If you bought a rank it may take 3 days to process,but if you dont get it after that time contact sales@cubecraft.net .They also handle anything store side so your best choice is to contact them for any problems in the store.
