Does anyone know if rupees have a use in hunger games? I normally throw them away. Or is it a WIP thing.

Mini Rant incoming: I have never been so angry in my life. Just found out one of my friends was cheated on, I want to kill her ex so much.
Full week of exams almost over. Been working 16 hours a day with 7 hours sleep and my brain is pretty now.
Literally nothing worse than being on a streak and losing to a hacker and forgetting to hit record. ;-;
Just got my 90th solo hunger games win and 70th team win ^_^
