It says it in both of the threads about the Helper Applications. If you do not get a response back in a months time, you have been denied. If you are accepted, you will be contacted on the forums by a staff member and move onto the next step which is the TS interview.

And also @DerpySpeed here you read the helper tips and suggestions for helper? Not trying to be rude just saying this because it says forum activity is a big one and you just joined the forums recently. Maybe post more and try soon

Do not spam staff about your application this will reduce your chances greatly. If you haven't received a response over a month, then you can always apply again but try to think where your application failed, and re-evaluate yourself, do I need more forums activity? should I do more reports?
