1) Applying on the forums. If you are successful, you be notified via Inbox.
2) Interview via teamspeak. (required) This doesn't mean you are guaranteed to pass. You will then be notified again via forums Inbox.

Haha my bad, telling players that they've been accepted is frowned upon(imo) and can be seen as boasting which reflects badly on the person.
