First make an Account on Vidme(free and no Hard signup with no Email, etc.) I had this Problem About the report without using yt. Record With Bandicam(What i Use), and edit it with Windows Movie Maker. When You Have it all done On the Top Right Of Windows Movie Maker you can directly upload it to Vidme Then on the forums just send the link to the admin.
