    @superxsnap I am so sorry. This is such a big mistake. What happened is my son asked if he could use my computer for a while and I allowed him to.. long story short he decided to install a hack on my mine craft account and must have used it while on your server. This is so annoying and I promise you he has been told off I just hope you're willing to help me sort this out. Sorry for the inconvenience. Dizzy_Jicks

    You can try to appeal your ban/mute here : https://appeals.cubecraft.net/. And if that didn't work , try to contact the staff member that banned you by starting a conversation with him/her. Also, make sure not to spam their profile , some staff members may find that annoying.

    The best thing you can do is maybe wait a couple of days or so and then private messaging the moderator who banned you, you almost did it right, but this is a public message.
