As far as I know the only that got pay are Head-Admins and Developers (obviously Owners too). Back to the profile-post, the staff is really trained so can see who's hacking and who's not, they don't ban if there's no clear evidence.

Also, please, don't say "kid that want to have fun", due it is not, there are a lot of 'Stones' on the server that have fun, before became 'Obsidian' I had fun on EVERY minigame. So, please, don't ask things without knowledge on what happened or rellated to things you, sir/madamm, don't know.
