because it's a ingame feature which is not removable from the server.
Yeah well its a issue Minecraft itselve has I would just reccomend to deactivate cave sounds
U can also keep it on if u wanna be scared by them bec these cave sounds are one of the disturbing sounds on this world

Finally did a decent copy of my Minecraft head of my skin. If you want the skull/diamond helmet thingy for Bedrock Edition, (I think its official name is "Diamond Skullcap"), it comes with the large Lego Minecraft Skeleton Set.
